Refund policy
AutoTool is a digital good delivered instantly upon redemption. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to honest users while protecting the project from chargeback abuse.
Eligible for a refund
- The purchase was made within the last 24 hours.
- The license key has not been redeemed and bound to a device.
- The launcher and client have not been launched using the key.
Not eligible
- The key has already been bound to a device identifier.
- You changed your mind after using the client. (We’ll happily look into bug reports instead — write to support.)
- You were suspended on a third-party server. AutoTool does not guarantee compatibility with the rules or moderation systems of any third-party server.
How to request
Write to support@autotool.dev from any address, including your order ID, the username you registered with and the license key you want refunded. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback before contacting support results in immediate and permanent suspension of the related account and its device binding, and forfeits any future refund eligibility.
