How often are updates released?

Patches roll out weekly, with bigger feature drops about once a month. Everything pulls in automatically through the launcher — there's nothing to install by hand.

Can I customize the client to my taste?

Every module is configurable. Save profiles for different playstyles, import configs other players publish, and share your own with friends.

What if something doesn't work?

Reach out through any of the contacts in the footer — we read every message. Attach the launcher logs (it stores them automatically) and we'll diagnose faster.

Which client versions are supported?

The current build targets Minecraft 1.8.9 — the main PvP version. Support for newer client versions is on the roadmap.

What about refunds?

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the key hasn't been activated yet. Full details are in the refund policy.
