Terms of service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AutoTool — the AutoTool website, the AutoTool launcher, the AutoTool client and any related support channels (collectively, the “Service”).
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the online Service provided by the Administration (AutoTool, the “Service”).
1.2. By using the Service — including registering an account, redeeming a license key, paying for digital goods or running the launcher — the User confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Agreement in full.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the Agreement, they are required to stop using the Service.
2. Nature of services and digital goods
2.1. The Service provides digital goods and services of a non-tangible nature, including the AutoTool client, the AutoTool launcher, configuration files, scripting samples, support and updates.
2.2. AutoTool is sold as a per-device license. Each license key may be redeemed exactly once and is bound to a single device identifier. Sharing of keys, accounts or credentials is prohibited.
2.3. The User may request a device-binding reset from the dashboard within the cooldown and quota of their plan. Abuse of the reset feature may lead to suspension without refund.
2.4. The User acknowledges that the value of the digital goods and services lies in their systematisation, presentation, ongoing support and updates, and not in the exclusivity of any individual feature, module or piece of content.
3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
3.1. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis.
3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:
- that the Service will meet every expectation of the User;
- the achievement of any particular financial, commercial, professional or in-game result;
- uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
3.3. The Administration is not liable for direct or indirect damages, including lost profits, for the consequences of the User’s use of the materials provided, for the actions or inaction of third parties (including third-party servers, anti-cheat platforms and other online services), or for temporary technical incidents and access restrictions.
3.4. AutoTool is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mojang AB, Microsoft, or any third-party Minecraft server.
4. Lawful use
4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organise or facilitate any unlawful activity.
4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service strictly within the scope of applicable law and the rules of any third parties whose services they interact with.
4.3. The User is solely responsible for the lawfulness of their use of the Service and for compliance with the rules of any third-party servers or platforms.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. All materials provided by the Service — including the launcher, the client, the configuration format, the scripting interfaces, documentation, branding and visuals — are protected by intellectual-property law.
5.2. The User is prohibited from copying, redistributing, reselling, transferring to third parties, reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise using materials of the Service without the rights-holder’s permission.
5.3. Violation of intellectual-property rights may result in immediate suspension of access to the Service without compensation.
6. Restriction of access
6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict the User’s access to the Service in the event of:
- breach of this Agreement;
- abuse, including license-sharing, fraudulent payment activity or repeated chargebacks;
- requirements imposed by applicable law or by the payment provider (Platega.io) or its acquiring partners.
6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from obligations that arose previously (including outstanding chargebacks).
6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions create elevated risk for the Service, the payment provider or third parties.
7. Payments and refunds
7.1. Payment for digital goods and services is processed on the conditions shown in the Service before payment, via our payment provider Platega.io and its acquiring partners.
7.2. Because the digital goods are delivered immediately upon redemption, refunds after access has been granted are limited to the cases described in the Refund policy.
7.3. Refund requests must be submitted to support within 24 hours of payment, in accordance with the Refund policy: /legal/refund.
7.4. The User undertakes not to initiate a chargeback through their bank or card network without first contacting AutoTool support. Chargebacks filed before contacting support result in immediate and permanent suspension of the related account and its device binding.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. The Administration collects only the minimum technical data required for the Service to operate. Details, including the use of a payment provider and the manual account-recovery procedure, are described in the Privacy policy: /legal/privacy.
8.2. The Administration applies reasonable measures to protect data, but does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
9. Changes to the Agreement
9.1. The Administration may amend this Agreement.
9.2. The current version is always published in the Service.
9.3. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes the User’s acceptance of the updated Agreement.
10. Contact information
10.1. For all questions, the User may contact support by email at support@autotool.dev or in Telegram.
